Ingredients

  • listchecksoya paneer(tofu)- 30g
  • listchecktomato(1)
  • listcheckgreen capsicum(1)
  • listcheckonion(1)
  • listcheckbrown bread slice(3)
  • listcheckred chilli powder, salt, coriander powder for taste
  • listcheckghee(5g)
  • listchecktomato sauce or red chilli sauce (10g)
  • listcheckmustard seeds
  • Method

  • Step-1
    take 5 g ghee in a pan, add mustard seeds, chopped onion and capsicum and saute it till onion is slightly brown
  • Step-2
    add chopped tomato and soy paneer and add all powders, mix well
  • Step-3
    add bread crumbs of 3 slices and mix well
  • Step-4
    add tomato and red chilli sauce and stir it for about 5 minutes so that everything mixes perfectly
  • Step-5
    serve it with curd or have it with a glass of milk.
