Ingredients

  • listcheck40 g Semolina
  • listcheck100 g Paneer
  • listcheck10 g Almond
  • listcheck100 ml Milk
  • listcheck2-3 Cardmom
  • listcheckStevia / Sugarfree ( as per taste)
  • listcheck5 g ghee
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Grate paneer,chopped almonds and crushed Cardmom. Keep it aside.
  • Step-2
    In hot ghee , roast suji till golden brown.
  • Step-3
    Add paneer and roast it well.
  • Step-4
    Now add milk , till it’s done. ( add some water if required)
  • Step-5
    Cook it for 3-5 mins. Add stevia as per taste.
  • Step-6
    Garnish it almonds and Cardmom.
