Step-1Soak Rajmah overnight and keep aside.
Step-2In a pot take soaked rajmah, soya chunks add water and salt and boil till rajmah is cooked. Once it’s boiled let it cool down.
Step-3In a mixer add boiled rajmah & soya chunks add salt rea chili powder and water if required very little and grind it.
Step-4Remove the mixture in a bowl and add chopped onion, red chili, green chili and coriander leaves and mix everything together. Make shape of tikki and air fry for 20 minutes at 180 degree.
Step-5Please note : check in between if one side is done you need to flip other side. You can fry it on a pan also.
