Step-1Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
Step-2Add eggs, quark and 100 ml milk to the batter and whisk it. Easy to whisk so I just used a fork
Step-3Batter ready to pour like consistency
Step-4Grease two 9” baking moulds
Step-5Bake for 15-18 mins at 180C preheated oven or until the screwer comes out clean
Step-6Wait until both the cakes are cool enough to add frosting
Step-7Mix all the frosting material, cream is ready
Step-8Add half of the cream in between two cakes and use rest of the cream to cover it
Step-9Decorate is as per your wish and let’s celebrate!!!
