  • listcheck15 g Ghee
  • listcheckRajma Masala
  • listcheck50 g onion
  • listcheck50 g Tomatoes
  • listcheckWhole spices
  • listcheckGaram masala
  • listcheckFor Chapati - 50 g soy chunks
  • listcheck70 g Wheat Flour
  • listcheck15 g Kasoori Methi leaves
  • listcheckAjwain
  • listcheckSalt
  • listcheckCurd -150 gm ( its in my macros )
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Soak Kidney beans for 4-5 hours.
  • Step-2
    Pressure cook it with whole spices.
  • Step-3
    In a heated pan , add chopped onion , tomatoes , Garlic , Ginger.
  • Step-4
    Mix kidney beans , add Rajma masala , garam a masala , spices , salt.
  • Step-5
    Mix it well , until it’s done.
  • Step-6
    For Chapati - grind soya
  • Step-7
    Mix it with wheat flour , add ajwain , Kasturi methi, salt.
  • Step-8
    Prepare a Dough , and leave it for few mins.
  • Step-9
    Now prepare a Chapati .
  • Step-10
    Serve hot with Kidney beans and Curd.
