In mix vegetables I have used the sambhar kit, the veggie which people generally use in a sambhar.you can add the veggie as per the availablility

Ingredients

  • listcheckSambhar Vegetables kit ( you can use as per availability)
  • listcheck10 g coconut
  • listcheckCurry leaves
  • listcheckWhole spices
  • listcheckSambhar masala
  • listcheckSpices
  • listcheck10 g curd
  • listcheckSalt
  • listcheckGaram masala
  • listcheckFor Soy Parantha - 50 g soy chunks
  • listcheck70 g wheat flour
  • listcheckSalt
  • listcheckWater
  • listcheck25 g Ghee
  • Method

  • Step-1
    For Mix Vegetables- chop vegetables
  • Step-2
    In a heated pan , add ghee , Mustard seeds , whole spices, curry leaves.
  • Step-3
    Add veggies, salt , spices and cover the lid for 5 mins.
  • Step-4
    Add Grated coconut , curd , sambhar masala.
  • Step-5
    Mix it well.
  • Step-6
    Cook until it’s done.
  • Step-7
    For Soya Paratha- grind soya in a mixer.
  • Step-8
    Mix it with wheat flour , add ajwain salt.
  • Step-9
    Prepare a dough using water.
  • Step-10
    Now roll balls and prepare paratha.
  • Step-11
    Serve Hot with South Indian mix Veggies.
