  • listcheck1 Scoop Masala milk whey
  • listcheck1/2 scoop Vanilla whey
  • listcheck100 g apple
  • listcheck25 g grapes
  • listcheck25 g pomegranate
  • listcheck100 g banana
  • listcheck50 g Strawberry
  • listcheck150 ml milk
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Mix Milk and Whey protein in a bowl.
  • Step-2
    Add chopped fruits ( any fruits of your choice).
  • Step-3
    Mix it well.
  • Step-4
    Refrigerate it for 30-45 mins
