I love Coconut, so always keep experimenting with it. This time cooked fussili in a coconut milk and Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

  • listcheck60 g Fussili
  • listcheck20 g Parmesan cheese
  • listcheck10 g Butter
  • listcheck50 ml Coconut Milk
  • listcheck3-4 Garlic Cloves
  • listcheck100 g tomato
  • listcheckItalian seasoning
  • listcheckSpices
  • listcheckChilli flakes
  • listcheckBlack pepper
  • listcheckSalt
  • listcheckOregano
  • Method

  • Step-1
    In Hot water , add Fussili and pinch of salt. Cook until it’s done
  • Step-2
    Strain water and keep it aside.
  • Step-3
    In a Heated pan , add butter , garlic , tomato , oregano , spices , cheese, salt.
  • Step-4
    Mix it well.
  • Step-5
    Add Fussili and cover the lid for 2 mins.
  • Step-6
    Add Coconut milk and mix it well.
  • Step-7
    Add Italian seasoning, black pepper and chilli 🌶 Flakes.
  • Step-8
    Serve Hot
