Ingredients

  • listcheckWhey protein 1.5 scoop
  • listcheckMuesli 50g
  • listcheckMilk half cup or water as per macros
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Add muesli to a shaker
  • Step-2
    Add 1.5 scoop whey
  • Step-3
    Add Luke warm milk or water
  • Step-4
    Mix well and enjoy
  • Step-5
    Note : add water or milk as per taste and macros. I use banana flavor whey
