How to make & Vegan protein cutlet
Blend dry Poha & Soya chunks into powder form.
Blend overnight soaked Rajma along with coriander, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt & ginger-garlic paste into a smooth puree.
Mix both of the above mixtures well.
Place the mixture in the form of cutlet on medium flame over a skillet. Shallow fry both sides of the cutlet till it turns golden brown.
