During this pandemic situation, many people are falling short of their protein macros bcoz of the unavailability of food items. So this simple vegan protein recipe can be easily served in the form of snacks or breakfast & can be a saviour.

Ingredients

  • listcheckRajma 30gms
  • listcheckSoyachunks 50gms
  • listcheckPoha 50gms
  • listcheckRed chilli powder 1tsp
  • listcheckCoriander powder 1tsp
  • listcheckGaram masala 1tsp
  • listcheckGinger garlic paste 1tsp
  • listcheckSalt as per taste
  • listcheckOil 5gms
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Blend dry Poha & Soya chunks into powder form.
  • Step-2
    Blend overnight soaked Rajma along with coriander, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt & ginger-garlic paste into a smooth puree.
  • Step-3
    Mix both of the above mixtures well.
  • Step-4
    Place the mixture in the form of cutlet on medium flame over a skillet. Shallow fry both sides of the cutlet till it turns golden brown.
