Super simple and tasty tawa rice

Ingredients

  • listcheck75 gms uncooked rice
  • listcheck100 gms Cabbage (can mix veggies) - finely chopped
  • listcheck1/2 onion chopped
  • listcheck1/4 Bell Pepper - chopped
  • listcheck1 tomatoe - chopped
  • listcheck10 gm Butter
  • listcheckRed chilli paste (other spices as per taste)
  • listcheckPav bhaaji masala
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Cook Rice
  • Step-2
    Saute onions in butter/ghee
  • Step-3
    Add cabbage and cook for few mins
  • Step-4
    Add Red chilli paste (or other spices as per taste) - cook for few mins
  • Step-5
    Add tomato and Bell pepper - cook for few mins
  • Step-6
    Add Rice then mix well
  • Step-7
    Add pav bhaji masala then mix well
  • Step-8
    After few mins ready to serve - garnish with cilantro n enjoy
