Burger made with rajma and lots of veggies(100gms or more if needed) ...you can add your choice vegetables....if you have potatoes in macros go for it too...otherwise avoid...

Ingredients

  • listcheckrajma (raw 50gm- boiled & mashed)
  • listcheckgreen beans (finely chopped)
  • listcheckpeas
  • listcheckcarrots (finely chopped)
  • listcheckolive oil (10gm)
  • listcheckonion (finely chopped)
  • listcheckrajma masala
  • listchecksalt
  • listcheckgaram masala
  • listcheckamchur powder
  • listcheckchilli powder
  • listcheckbreadcrumbs
  • listcheckginger garlic paste
  • listcheckginger chilli (finely chopped)
  • listcheckhomemade green chutney
  • listcheckbread-bun (50gm)
  • listcheckcucumber slice
  • listchecktomato slice
  • listcheckonion slice
  • listchecklettuce
  • listcheckcheese slice (optional)
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Add all the chopped veggies and rajma in a pan and dry roast it so there is little to no water in that. add all the spices and ginger garlic and chilli in that.
  • Step-2
    Once it is all mixed cool down the mixture and add breadcrumbs in it. Mash with hands and make patties.
  • Step-3
    In a pan take little oil to roast. once oil is hot put in the pattie. Turnover once it looks cooked. Careful as pattie is little crumbly. cook on the other side also by adding little oil.
  • Step-4
    Toast the bun. Apply chuntey on both side
  • Step-5
    Load all your sliced veggies and lettuce.
  • Step-6
    Put your patties on top. Add the cheese slice. Cover with bun. Enjoy with green chutney or ketchup (optional).
