Chocolate Peanut Butter
Good Afternoon Healthy People, Made these chocolate flavored peanut butters yesterday. One for kids with brown sugar and dash of honey and one with very minimal olive oil and pinch of Stevia for me... Following is the recipe of chocolate Peanut Butter which I made for myslef: 100gm Peanuts 5gm Olive oil /coconut Oil 5gm unsweetened Cocoa powder Salt pinch 1 gm Stevia (optional) 1-2 drops of vanilla Extract Total Cal - 612 P: 26 C: 16 F: 54 Method: *Roast peanuts on slow flame for almost 10-15 minutes or until you see change of colour or until you get roasted peanuts aroma.. *let it cool down completely.. *Take a cotton cloth.. *Place peanuts in between the cloth and rub gently with your palms.. *you will see skin coming off easily if you have roasted peanuts on slow flame.. *Separate peels and seeds.. *100gm I measured after doing above process.. *just place peanuts and salt in a mixi or blending jar.. *grind on slow motion or on a low speed.. *while half done add rest of the ingredients.. *give a good churn until peanuts starts releasing it's oil and it comes to smooth texture .. *if you like can keep chunky texture too.. *one twist to the above recipe, for more taste you can add dark melted chocolate too in a desired quantity if your macros permit (may be Stevia or any other dark chocolate available).. *I do have but didn't add any to avoid over indulgence 😊. *4-5 days you can store outside but for long n better shelf life good to store in an airtight container in the fridge..
