How to make & Whey Dalgona coffee

Step-1

Heat 150 ml milk don't boil ( add water to increase volume of required)

Step-2

Mix whey protein with 3 spoon of warm milk - mix it well so it doesn't form lumps

Step-3

whisk 1soon of coffee with stevia and spoon full of warm milk till it changes the color to light wood brown and texture turns creamy

Step-4

Pour the warm milk over the Whey protein Mix

Step-5

Add the whisked coffee mix over the whey protein and milk mix

Step-6

Your High Protein coffee mix is ready
