Ingredients

  • listcheck60 g Macaroni
  • listcheck10 g Ghee
  • listcheck8-10 Garlic Pieces
  • listcheck2-3 whole red chilli
  • listcheck75 g tomato
  • listcheck1 tsp Vinegar
  • listcheckBlack pepper(as per taste)
  • listcheckOregano
  • listcheck25 g cheese
  • listcheckSalt
  • Method

  • Step-1
    In a pan, heat 3 cups water and ½ teaspoon salt. Bring it to a boil.
  • Step-2
    Add Macaroni
  • Step-3
    Begin to cook macaroni on medium to medium-high flame.
  • Step-4
    Cook macaroni till they are done
  • Step-5
    Drain all the water and keep cooked macaroni aside.
  • Step-6
    Heat Ghee/ butter in a pan , add chopped Garlic , tomato and red chilli paste. You can also ginger-garlic paste instead
  • Step-7
    Mix well
  • Step-8
    Now add all the spice powders one by one black pepper powder,turmeric powder, garam masala powder,Kashmiri red chilli powder,coriander powder and cumin powder.
  • Step-9
    Now add vegetables of your choice ( option)
  • Step-10
    Add cheese
  • Step-11
    Once it’s done , add the cooked macaroni.
  • Step-12
    Add salt as per taste.
  • Step-13
    Lastly add 1 teaspoon mixed dry herbs basil, thyme, oregano, parsley. You can also add dried herbs of your choice.
