Step-1In a pan, heat 3 cups water and ½ teaspoon salt. Bring it to a boil.
Step-3Begin to cook macaroni on medium to medium-high flame.
Step-4Cook macaroni till they are done
Step-5Drain all the water and keep cooked macaroni aside.
Step-6Heat Ghee/ butter in a pan , add chopped Garlic , tomato and red chilli paste. You can also ginger-garlic paste instead
Step-8Now add all the spice powders one by one black pepper powder,turmeric powder, garam masala powder,Kashmiri red chilli powder,coriander powder and cumin powder.
Step-9Now add vegetables of your choice ( option)
Step-11Once it’s done , add the cooked macaroni.
Step-12Add salt as per taste.
Step-13Lastly add 1 teaspoon mixed dry herbs basil, thyme, oregano, parsley. You can also add dried herbs of your choice.
