  • listcheck100 ml Coconut milk
  • listcheck75 g Paneer
  • listcheck10 g Cashew
  • listcheck50 g Carrots
  • listcheck50 g onion
  • listcheck50 g Beans
  • listcheckWhole spices
  • listcheckGaram masala
  • listcheckRed chilli

  • Method

  • Step-1
    Soak rice for 10 mins
  • Step-2
    Take a water in a pan , and cook it for 5 mins
  • Step-3
    Thaw rice and chop vegetables
  • Step-4
    In a pan, sauté vegetables , cashew and paneer
  • Step-5
    Add spices , garam masala and coconut milk
  • Step-6
    Prepare a mixture and cook it for 5 mins
  • Step-7
    Add rice and cover the lid until cooked

    Serve hot
