How to make & Coconut Milk Rice

Step-1

Soak rice for 10 mins

Step-2

Take a water in a pan , and cook it for 5 mins

Step-3

Thaw rice and chop vegetables

Step-4

In a pan, sauté vegetables , cashew and paneer

Step-5

Add spices , garam masala and coconut milk

Step-6

Prepare a mixture and cook it for 5 mins

Step-7

Add rice and cover the lid until cooked

Step-8

Serve hot
