An amazing way to use leftover chapatis from the day before and convert them into a yummy breakfast.

Ingredients

  • listcheckLeft over Chapatis from yesterday - 3 (made from 55gms wheat flour)
  • listcheckTurmeric - 1 pinch
  • listcheckGhee - 5 gms
  • listcheckRai (mustard seeds) - 1/2 teaspoon
  • listcheckStevia - 5 gms
  • listcheckCurry Leaves - 10
  • listcheckSalt as per taste
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Grind cold chapatis from yesterday in mixer to make very small pieces and put it aside
  • Step-2
    Heat ghee in a pan. Add mustard seeds when ghee is hot and let the seeds start popping. once they pop, add Curry leaves and saute for 20 seconds. Add turmeric and keep moving for another 20 seconds
  • Step-3
    Put the crushed chapatis in the pan, add salt and stevia. Mix thoroughly while cooking on medium flame for 2 mins
  • Step-4
    Enjoy with a cup of coffee / tea.
