Step-1Marinate the prawns the with fresh turmeric paste and lime juice and keep it aside.
Step-2Grind onion and tomatoes together. Heat oil in the pan, add cloves and cardamom and let it slightly sauted then add onion tomato paste along with ginger garlic paste and saute it for about 5 to 10 minutes.
Step-3Now add all the dry spices and continue sauting it scraping from sides and stirring it for about another 5 minutes or until oil leaves.
Step-4Then, add marinated prawns and saute it as well for another 5 minutes or until it’s half cooked through.
Step-5Cut all the veggies into cubes and add it to the pan, adding 2 cups of water. Also add beans.
Step-6Cover the lid and let it cook on low flame until all the veggies are well cooked. Add water in between if required.
Step-7Top it with coriander leaves and serve hot. Enjoy🤤
