How to make & Baked Nachos

Step-1

Knead a thick dough with both flours , salt, turmeric ( optional) using water

Step-2

Roll the dough into thin sheets and cut them into shape and size of your choice

Step-3

Preheat the oven or AirFryer at 200 C. Bake these for 4-8 min at 200 C until crispy.

Step-4

Beans- Boil the overnight soaked beans with salt. Now in a pan cooked these beans further with butter, black pepper, chilli flakes for 10-12 min. Please ensure that excess water is gone and the beans are very soft. Adjust salt if needed

Step-5

Salsa- Roast one tomato on gas (~80 g) and add it in the chopper.Then add rest of the tomato, onion , green chilli, salt, lemon and coriander leaves

Step-6

Serving - serve them as multiple layers of nachos- beans- salsa topped with melted cheese
