Step-1Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste ,salt,chilli powder,garam masala.keep aside for 1/2 n hour.
Heat pan and add ghee. Then add curry leaves
Add tomato to pan and saute till cooked well and starts forming oily layer.
Add chicken and onions and stir.
Cook on low heat and covered.keep stirring in between
Once chicken is tender add little water and let cook for 5 minutes.
Garnish with coriander and serve
