How to make & Healthy Vegetable Tikki (No Potato)

Step-1

Mix all ingredients (except bottlegourd, salt, and Flax seed powder) in a chopper and turn into consistent batter

Step-2

Grate bottlegourd and remove excess water by pinching in your hands

Step-3

Mix bottlegourd and salt (again remove excess water)

Step-4

Make small balls of the material and press the balls with a spatula to make shape of Tikki. Cover Tikki properly with flax seed powder till outer surface of Tikki looks dry.

Step-5

Heat and pan and add olive oil

Step-6

once heated, turn to medium flame and put all tikkis on the pan. Cook on each side till golden brown

Step-7

Enjoy with Green Coriander chutney
