Ingredients

  • listcheck1 cup avocados
  • listcheckwhole wheat flour 100 gm
  • listcheck1/2 bunch coriander leaves
  • listcheck1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • listcheck1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • listcheck1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • listcheckwater as required
  • listchecksalt as required
  • Method

  • Step-1
    wash the avocado Then, cut open the avocado and remove the pit. Mash it into a bowl and keep aside.
  • Step-2
    finely chop the coriander leaves and add them to the bowl.
  • Step-3
    add the whole wheat flour, red chilli powder, cumin powder, carrom seeds, lemon juice, and water salt
  • Step-4
    Knead the mixture to form a soft and smooth dough. Let the dough rest for a while.
  • Step-5
    Next, divide the dough into small portions and roll it

    Heat a tava over a low flame
  • Step-7
    Carefully, place the paratha on it and cook well from both sides

    Once the paratha is done, transfer it to a serving plate and enjoy with curd or pickles.
