  • listcheckmedium sized potato -200 g
  • listcheckcabbage
  • listcheckonion
  • listcheckcoriander
  • listcheckcheese (optional)
  • listcheckblqck pepper
  • listchecksalt

  • Method

  • Step-1
    cut potato into wedges
  • Step-2
    place them in oven tray and bake for 15 min at 180degree celsius
  • Step-3
    cut veggies like cabbage and onion
  • Step-4
    you can add other veggies like capsicum,carrot or zucchini as per choice
  • Step-5
    get the potatoes out of oven and add veggies on it
  • Step-6
    add little lime juice, black pepper and salt to taste
