How to make & creamy matar palak ( serves 3 - 4 )

Step-1

Boil palak leaves in water till it changes color

Step-2

Remove the palak from stove and put through a sieve and run cold water on it.

Step-3

Meanwhile boil the green peas

Step-4

Make paste of onion, ginger, garlic, chili and keep aside Make tomato and paneer (100g) paste in mixer and keep aside

Step-5

Now make palak purée and keep aside

Step-6

Heat oil in a vessel and add jeera and chilies, then add onion paste and sauté for 1/2 minute

Step-7

add tomato and paneer paste answer sauté

Step-8

add all the spices and salt except jeera powder

Step-9

Add the palak purée and stir, then add jeera powder and green peas and stir well

Step-10

Serve hot with paneer garnishing(50g)
