How to make & Mint Coriander Soya Paratha

Step-1

Powder soya chunks in grinder. Crush Coriander seeds. Knead a dough mixing all ingredients adding half of the ghee . Divide the dough into two or three balls and roll into parathas . Heat a tawa and cook parathas in medium heat using remaining ghee . Goes very well with green chutney or Paneer gravy.
