Step-1Mix chicken, bread, egg, salt, coriander leaves, herb mix ,green chilli and finely chipped onion ( 20 g). If you have time then leave this mixture into fridge for an hour
Step-2Divide the dough into equal sized small balls.
Step-3Heat oil and butter in a pan and shallow fry the above meat balls until golden brown
Step-4Remove them in a plate, and add chopped onion and tomatoes , basil leaves and garlic in the same pan. Cook them for about 4-5 min until everything is cooked nicely.
Step-5Grind the above tomato- onion mix into a smooth paste and pour it into the same pan.
Step-6Season it with salt, black pepper ,herb mix, chili flakes. Add some water and let it cook for about 3-5 min.
Step-7Add cream and meat balls to it and let it simmer for a min or two. Serve hot with roti, paratha, rice or noodles
