Ingredients

  • listcheckMinced Chicken Breast - 100 g
  • listcheckTomatoes - 150 g
  • listcheckOnion - 50 g
  • listcheckBread - 1 slice (powdered)
  • listcheckOil - 10 g
  • listcheckButter -10 g
  • listcheckCoriander - 1 tbsp
  • listcheckCream - 20 g
  • listcheckEgg - 1 ( raw)
  • listcheckSalt to taste
  • listcheckChilli flakes / red chilli powder- as per taste
  • listcheckBasil leaves (chopped ) - 1 tsp
  • listcheckDry Herb mix - as per taste
  • listcheckGinger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  • listcheckChopped green chilies - as per taste
  • listcheckGarlic cloves - 2
  • listcheckBlack pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Mix chicken, bread, egg, salt, coriander leaves, herb mix ,green chilli and finely chipped onion ( 20 g). If you have time then leave this mixture into fridge for an hour
  • Step-2
    Divide the dough into equal sized small balls.
  • Step-3
    Heat oil and butter in a pan and shallow fry the above meat balls until golden brown
  • Step-4
    Remove them in a plate, and add chopped onion and tomatoes , basil leaves and garlic in the same pan. Cook them for about 4-5 min until everything is cooked nicely.
  • Step-5
    Grind the above tomato- onion mix into a smooth paste and pour it into the same pan.
  • Step-6
    Season it with salt, black pepper ,herb mix, chili flakes. Add some water and let it cook for about 3-5 min.
  • Step-7
    Add cream and meat balls to it and let it simmer for a min or two. Serve hot with roti, paratha, rice or noodles
