Step-1boil chickpeas and make chhole with gravy using onions, tomatoes, green chillies, ginger garlic and chhole masala
Step-2mash potatoes and paneer. add 10 gm suji and some salt and make tikkis
Step-3Shallow fry the tikkis on a non stick pan till they become crisp
Step-4put the tikkis in a plate, put the chhole with gravy on tikkis and garnish with green chutney, onions and tomato sauce. you can also add some sev if your macros permit.
