How to make & Chicken Fried Rice

Step-1

Boil and shred the chicken

Step-2

Heat oil and add onion and capsicum to it. Cook it for 40-60 seconds on high flame. Then add soy sauce to it and cook for 20-30 secs

Step-3

Add shredded chicken to to and mix everything well. Season it will salt and little bit of crushed black pepper. Cook it for about 1-2 min

Step-4

Add boiled rice and mix everything well. Adjust the seasons as per tatse
