I am using veg meat (readymade) The dressing is of cream you can use coconut cream or coconut milk for the same if you are strictly vegan.

Ingredients

  • listcheckGreen peas, Onion,Tomato(any other veggies you want to add)
  • listcheck100gm veg meat
  • listcheck1 spoon cream
  • listcheckCurry masala
  • listchecksalt
  • listcheckpaprika
  • listcheck5gm ghee
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Saute Onion and add tomato puree to ut and all the masala and curry masala.
  • Step-2
    let it saute till you see oil at corners .
  • Step-3
    Add the Veg meat to it , add salt yo taste.
  • Step-4
    add some hot water 1 1/2 cup.
  • Step-5
    let it simmer. you can garnish with coriander leaf, or cream. serve with rice .
