Its just a simple upgraded omelet with veggies and cheese. For reciepe u need: Eggs-3 Onion-25grms Tomato- 25gms Spinach-25gms Cheese-25gms Ghee - jus for dabbing the skillet Salt & pepper Beat above ingredients all together except ghee and cheese. Heat paniyaram skillet and grease with ghee. Pour egg mixture into the skillet. Add cheese on the top of the mixture and turn over the side when its done. Remove from skillet once the other side is cooked. You can add grated carrot, cabbage, cilantro or other veggies. Njoy.
