Step-1Mash the banana with masher and in a separate bowl, whisk the eggs.
Step-2In a blender, first grind the oats along with baking powder and nutmeg powder.
Step-3Add the eggs, mashed bananas, yogurt, vanilla essence and honey and blend all well.
Step-4Grease the muffin tray with butter and line the paper-cups (optional)
Step-5Pour in the batter upto 3/4th of the dip. Top it with chopped cashews and almonds and bake it at 160 degree centigrade for about 30 minutes or until you get clean toothpick when inserted.
Step-6Let it cool down after taking out from the oven and then remove it using back of the spoon if you haven’t used paper cups. ENJOY🙂
