low carb almond flour pudding
First try at Homemade peanut butter n almond pudding. I'd name it as "low carb almond flour pudding" This is my first post here, I hope it will be helpful. I was very sure that I'll screw up the pudding, but was amazed at my skill levels, it came out really well. Zero sweetener added. I just used a bit of my whey for taste. Choco syrup is homemade too. Roughly, out of all ingredients only thing that's not homemade is cocoa powder. The whole pudding which is of 990 calories will last atleast a week for me. Ingredients: almond flour 100g, peanut-butter 50g, choco syrup, butter 30g, whey 1/4 scoop n coconut powder for dressing. Recipe: Mix Almond flour n peanut butter- add butter for mixability (you can mildly heat the whole thing) I used a low carb cocoa and made the syrup at home. Pat out the mixture of Almond flour n peanut butter until it takes some shape, transfer into a container(I wanted a round mould), Pour choco syrup on top. Add bit of unsweetened coconut powder for dressing. DO NOT RUSH THIS. Let it solidify in the fridge and let the tastes mingle. I took it out after 4 hours n delighted myself with a piece of yummy pudding.
