Step-1add some oil in the wok, throw in some finely chopped onions in it and then sautéed it till they turn golden brown.
Step-2Add the rest of the finely chopped vegetables in it and stir it on high flame for about 5 mins till they become al denté.
Step-3In the meantime, on a separate burner put some water to boil for the rice.
Step-4Once the rice are done, strain and mix them with the vegetables
Step-5add some soy sauce, schezwan sauce and give a good mix.
Step-6add salt and black pepper to taste.
