Ingredients

  • listcheckonion - 50 gms
  • listcheckde-seeded tomato - 50 gms
  • listcheckmushrooms - 100 gms
  • listcheckbell peppers - 50 gms
  • listcheckrice - 50 gms
  • listcheckschezwan sauce - 15 gms
  • listchecksoy sauce - 10 ml
  • listchecksalt and black pepper as per taste
  • listcheckoil - 5 ml
  • Method

  • Step-1
    add some oil in the wok, throw in some finely chopped onions in it and then sautéed it till they turn golden brown.
  • Step-2
    Add the rest of the finely chopped vegetables in it and stir it on high flame for about 5 mins till they become al denté.
  • Step-3
    In the meantime, on a separate burner put some water to boil for the rice.
  • Step-4
    Once the rice are done, strain and mix them with the vegetables
  • Step-5
    add some soy sauce, schezwan sauce and give a good mix.
  • Step-6
    add salt and black pepper to taste.
