Holi festiwal is incomplete without This festive dish ‘PURANPOLI’ so i tried it to make it in my micros ... Yes it’s only one and small one but I’m happy as without disturbing my plan I can enjoy it...HAPPY HoLI

Ingredients

  • listcheckChanadal 30 gm
  • listcheckWheat flour 50 gm
  • listcheckJaggery 20 gm
  • listcheckCardamom powder
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Soak chanadal overnight
  • Step-2
    Cook it in pressure cooker till 4 whisle ( quantity is small so I kept dal in small bowl adding water which then kept in pressure cooker )
  • Step-3
    Mash it after it cooked
  • Step-4
    Add jaggery powder
  • Step-5
    Keep mixture in kadai . Keep flame low . Add a drop of ghee and continue to stir it till mixture come close
  • Step-6
    Add pinch of cardomon powder
  • Step-7
    Make small size dough of wheat flour. Fill mixture in it and rolled down in small chapati .
  • Step-8
    Serve with hot milk or ghee ( if it fit in ur micros)
