How to make & Air Fried Gujiya

Step-1

Mix both the flours and oil well. Then make soft dough using warm water

Step-2

In another pan add grated paneer, milkmaid, erythritol and coconut. Cook everything on slow heat for 5-8 min. Add chopped dry fruits of your choice into the mix and let it cool for sometime.

Step-3

Preheat the air fryer at 180 C and bake the gujiya for 8-10 min and then increase the temperature to max and bake them for another 2 min.Please note that this time may vary based on thickness of outer layer and type of dough
