Ingredients

  • listcheck100g boneless chicken
  • listcheck50g potatoes (optional)
  • listcheck50g carrot
  • listcheck50g green peas
  • listcheck50g mushroom
  • listcheck1/2tsp jeera
  • listcheck1/2tsp black pepper powder
  • listcheck1/2 tsp chat masala
  • listcheck1/3 tsp garam masala
  • listcheckSalt to taste
  • listcheck10g ghee
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Wash the vegetables and than cut them into small cubes.
  • Step-2
    In a pressure pan add ghee. Once the ghee melts add all the dry spices.
  • Step-3
    Now add chicken and all vegetables. Stir everything well and add salt.
  • Step-4
    Add 4-5 spoon of water and close the lid.
  • Step-5
    Wait for 2-3 whistles on a medium flame.

    And it's done.
