Ingredients

  • listcheck4 Egg whites
  • listcheck2 Whole eggs
  • listcheck2 slices of brown bread (50grams)
  • listcheckcooking oil or spray
  • listcheckonions
  • listcheckslat
  • listcheckblack pepper
  • listchecktomatoes (optional)
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Cut onions and tomatoes and set aside in a bowl add salt and black pepper mix well.
  • Step-2
    Using egg separator, seperate egg whites from yolk and set aside.
  • Step-3
    Transfer 4 egg whites and 2 whole eggs to the onion bowl and mix well.
  • Step-4
    Heat the pan on low flame & add 3-5ml cooking oil or cooking spray
  • Step-5
    Transfer the eggs on the pan
  • Step-6
    Put the BROWN BREAD on the egg which is in the pan right now
  • Step-7
    cook it for 2-3 minutes, using a flat spatula flip the omelette and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Step-8
    omelette is now ready you can cut your omelette by using spatula as i have done or you can eat like this only.
  • Step-9
    I've added tomato ketchup and sweet corn which is (optional)
