Ingredients for 4 steps: Mixed Vegetables (boiled and little fried)
- › Beans
- › Capsicum
- › Onion
- › Tomato
- › Carrot
- › Cauliflower
- › Peas
- › Green chili
- › Garlic
- › Mushrooms
Method
1. 1. Chop and clean all the vegetables
2. 2. Boil the vegetables for 20 minutes and let it cool down for 5-10 minutes.
3. 3. Separate the water and can drink 200 ml of this fresh boiled water.
4. 4. Fry the vegetables up to 15 minutes and serve.
