Ingredients for 4 minute wonder
- › 2 scoops of whey protei
- › 2 egg whites
- › optinal if allowed in your nutrition plan 4-5 sliced Almonds 3-4 sliced walnuts 1 small Banana cut into pieces
- › 5gm of Oilve oil
1. 1. smear the oil oil on the wall of the microwave glass dish 2. break 2 eggs and only pour the whites into the vessel. 3. Add 2 scoops of whey protein 4. Add the fresh fruit and dry fruits that is sliced. 5. whip the mixture for form a fine thick slurry. 6. Microwave it for 4 minutes 7. Remove the bowl from the microwave. wear gloves as the vessel will be hot! Tada....whey brownie is ready to eat it. have it immediately else it may become harder as it gets colder!!
