Easy to carry in your lunch box and easy to make in the morning

Ingredients

  • listcheckSoya chunks- 25gm
  • listcheckChicken boneless - 30gm
  • listcheckPotatoes- 50gm
  • listcheckSpinach- 30gm
  • listcheckCoriander leaves- 20gm
  • listcheckGinger- 5gm
  • listcheckGarlic- 5gm
  • listcheckDry spices: black pepper powder, cumin powder, red chilly powder/paprika, salt, chat masala
  • listcheckOlive oil- 5gm
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Soak the soya chunks in water and let it become soft. Meanwhile, boil the potato in pressure cooker for about 3 whistles. Then strain the water and peel off its skin
  • Step-2
    Mash the potatoes with mashed and add it to the grinded chicken
  • Step-3
    Squeeze out the water from soya chunks and grind it in the mixer so it becomes fine
  • Step-4
    In a big bowl, mix chicken, soya mixture and mashed potatoes adding ginger garlic paste and all dry spices
  • Step-5
    Keep it in refrigerator for 5 minutes and then divide into equal portions and make tikki out of it by pressing the mixture against your palm
  • Step-6
    Brush the pan with oil and let it get cooked until it’s light caramel brown on both the sides. Enjoy😋😋
