Ingredients

  • listcheckButter - 10gms
  • listcheckMushrooms - 100 gms
  • listcheckBeans - 50 gms
  • listcheckBell peppers - 50 gms
  • listcheckZuchhini - 50 gms
  • listcheckSoy Sauce - 10ml
  • listcheckSchezwan Sauce - 25gms
  • listcheckgarlic - 7 to 8 pods
  • listcheckDried Red chilly - 5
  • listcheckWhite sesame seeds (roasted) - 1 tea spoon
  • listcheckScallions (green onion) - 10 gms
  • Method

  • Step-1
    add the butter to the kadai and then throw in the garlic and red chillies.
  • Step-2
    When the butter is oozing hot, put in the beans and stir fry them on full heat. Keep stirring and remove them once stir fried nicely.
  • Step-3
    Now in the remaining butter, put the rest of the veggies. Keep the flame high and stir the veggies nicely till they are al dente, for like 5 mins max.
  • Step-4
    Lastly, drizzle some soy sauce and add the schezwan sauce as per your macros.
  • Step-5
    Stir it well again and garnish it with the white sesame seeds (roasted) and finely chopped scallions (green onion). Ready to server and enjoy!
