For those who doesn’t like the taste of whey. Also, a nice way to include fibre in your breakfast

Ingredients

  • listcheckChocolate whey iso- 33gm
  • listcheckMilk low fat- 100ml
  • listcheckStrawberries-20gm
  • listcheckChia seeds sprout- 10gm
  • listcheckPsyllium husk -5gm
  • listcheckDates dried- 10gm
  • listcheckAlmonds- 5gm
  • listcheckCashews-2gm
  • listcheckGroundnut- 2gm
  • Method

  • Step-1
    In a mixer or blender, add milk, chia sprouts( if you’ve dried one, then add little warm water and let it puffed up), strawberries, psyllium husk and pulse it nicely
  • Step-2
    Now, add 4 gm of chopped almonds and dates pitted and little water if required and blend it again.
  • Step-3
    Take it in any container and top it with chopped almonds, cashews and groundnut.
