Step-1Wash all greens (coriander, mint and palak), chop and grind them with green chilli and badam and make puree
Step-2Take ghee in a pan, add whole spices sautee well and add onions
Step-3Once they turn nice and brown, add in the ginger garlic paste fry for few secs and then add tomato wait till they become soft and then add the puree, cook for 5-6 mins till it turns colour.
Step-4Add in all masalas and salt as per taste, cook for another 10 mins, till it reduces and thickens.
Step-5Then add in chicken with some water into this and let cook with lid closed till chicken is almost done.
Step-6Finally add the washed rice with enough and cook it covered untill 3/4th done
Step-7If u think water is excess open lid and cook the rice, so the excess water evaporates
Step-8Garnish with some fried onions if fits in macros
Step-9Serve with curd
