Ingredients

  • listcheckpaneer (crumbled)200 gm
  • listcheckcurd 2 tsp
  • listcheckgram flour 1 1/2 tbsp
  • listcheck1 mediun onino chopped
  • listcheck1 green chilli chopped(optional)
  • listcheckginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • listcheckred chilli powder 1-2 tsp
  • listchecksalt 1 tsp
  • listcheckcumin powder 1/2tsp seseme seeds for coating
  • listcheckolive oil for shallow fry
  • listcheckfor tomato sauce
  • listcheckroasted tomatoes 3-4 medium-sized
  • listcheckonion 1 medium sized
  • listcheckgreen chilli
  • listcheckginger garlic paste 1tsp
  • listcheckblack pepper powder 1/2tsp
  • listcheckoregano 1/2tsp
  • Method

  • Step-1
    heat a pan and add 1 tsp oil
  • Step-2
    add onino and saute
  • Step-3
    add ginger garlic paste
  • Step-4
    add green chilli and gram flour
  • Step-5
    saute till gram flour is lightly roasted
  • Step-6
    take pan off flame and let it cool
  • Step-7
    crumble paneer and add above mixture and mix coat in seseme seeds either shallow fry till golden brown or bake on 180c for 12-15min.

    add curd to get binding consistency
  • Step-9
    for tomato sauce
  • Step-10
    take another pan and add oil
  • Step-11
    add onion, ginger garlic paste and saute
  • Step-12
    add green chilli and black pepper powder
  • Step-13
    add tomatoes and roast

    add oregano
