I've used olive oil for marination and marinated only for 15 min, you can use curd and marinated it for 30-60min

Ingredients

  • listcheckFresh chicken breast boneless
  • listcheckHerb
  • listchecklettuce,Red bell pepper,yellow bell pepper
  • listchecklemon
  • listcheckGarlic
  • listcheckBlack pepper
  • listchecksalt
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Take 150gm chicken breast and clean it.
  • Step-2
    Prepare it for marination by removing if skin there.
  • Step-3
    you can make some slit on it or just prick it with fork.
  • Step-4
    For marination- take 10ml olive oil. Add salt,black pepper,lemon juice, finely chopped garlic to it mix it.
  • Step-5
    Rub this marination over chicken breat. and let it set for 15min.
  • Step-6
    Marinating it after 15-20min just grill it on non stick pan/grill. I am nit adding any additional oil for grilling it.
  • Step-7
    add all the lettuces you like place grilled chicken over it ,squeeze some sweet-lemon/lemon 🍋
