How to make & Grilled Chicken Salad

Step-1

Take 150gm chicken breast and clean it.

Step-2

Prepare it for marination by removing if skin there.

Step-3

you can make some slit on it or just prick it with fork.

Step-4

For marination- take 10ml olive oil. Add salt,black pepper,lemon juice, finely chopped garlic to it mix it.

Step-5

Rub this marination over chicken breat. and let it set for 15min.

Step-6

Marinating it after 15-20min just grill it on non stick pan/grill. I am nit adding any additional oil for grilling it.

Step-7

add all the lettuces you like place grilled chicken over it ,squeeze some sweet-lemon/lemon 🍋

Step-8

tadaa ready to eat!🍽👩‍🍳
