Good Morning Healthy People, Make this simple, quick and easy Restaurant Style Methi Matar Malai (which has no malai😁).. Further make cheezy Paneer and methi matar Rissotto or just enjoy with Roti/Naan of your choice ... Ingredients:- 1 cup/150gm - Fenugreek/Methi leaves, boiled/blanched, drained, cooled and chopped roughly.. 30gm -Green Peas, boiled 1/2 cup boiled Onion and almonds paste (40gm onion and 15gm Almonds) 1 tbsp. Roasted Gram Flour 15gm -Ghee 1 to 2 tsp. Cumin Seeds 1 tsp Ginger, Garlic and Green Chilli crushed/paste. 100ml milk Garam Masala Powder Salt Pinch Sugar/Stevia (optional) Method:- *Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds, bay leaves, ginger-garlic-green chilli paste and saute. *Add boiled onion n almonds paste and cook for 2-3 minutes. *in a separate pan heat ghee and add Roasted gram flour cook for a minute and add milk, Cook until mixture thickens. *add this milk sauce to onion n almonds mixture and cook until everything combines.. *if required mix everything using whisker and adjust consistency with water.. *add garam masala and boiled peas, cook on slow flame.. *lastly add Methi leaves and salt, cook on slow flame until everything combines well.. For Rissotto: Choice of Rice.. Choice of cheese Paneer and salt.. Cook the rice.. Saute paneer And add these to the above sabji... Add salt for the Rice and Paneer.. Enjoy, stay Happy and Healthy
