How to make & Chicken n Veggies Saute- Chinese Style

Step-1

1. Add oil/ghee to the pan 2. Add Beans (medium length) and fry it for 2 mins. Remove the beans from the pan. 3. In the same pan with oil/ghee add small onion (cut into 4 pieces) and Chicken (as per macros). Saute for 5-7 mins on high flame. Tip:Cut chicken into small cubes so that it cooks even and fast. Add salt and black pepper 4.add chopped veggies (i used zucchini,bell peppers) and saute for 5-7 mins. 5.add soy sauce,vinegar and schezwan sauce (approx 15 gms) and cook for 5 mins 6. Serve hot with Steamed rice & garnish with Spring onion and sesame seeds.
