How to make & Stir fry

Step-1

Heat 5 g olive oil. Add chopped garlic and red chilli flakes. Let garlic cook for few seconds and add chopped asparagus. After couple of minutes add sliced zucchini. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Add salt and black pepper. Add mushrooms, parsley or herbs of your choice. Squeeze lemon and give it a stir. Sprinkle Parmesan and enjoy!
