How to make & Cauliflower Dhoka

Step-1

Boil cauliflower with pinch of salt

Step-2

Drain the water and cool the boiled cauliflower

Step-3

Drain out excess water by wrenching the cauliflower in cheese cloth

Step-4

Mash the cauliflower

Step-5

In a bowl add 3 eggs, salt, coriander powder, garam masala powder and beat well

Step-6

Add the egg mixture with mashed cauliflower

Step-7

Pour content in microwave safe bowl and microwave for 5minutes (or steam the mixture for 5minutes)

Step-8

Cool mixture and take out in a plate. Cut in burfi shape

Step-9

Airfry or bake the burfis in 200F for 15 minutes turning them halfway through

Step-10

In a pan add 7gm ghee

Step-11

Add cumin seed, chopped tomato, grated ginger and all powdered spice

Step-12

Fry till oil separates

Step-13

Lower flame. Add little water, throw in the fried cauliflower burfis, and cover cook for 5 minutes or till the burfis are soft and moist

Step-14

Turn off flame. Throw in slitted green chilli, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 3gm ghee and chopped coriander.

Step-15

Mix and keep covered for 10 minutes to intense flavor.
