recipe: for dough wheat flour:50grm sooji:20gm ghee:10gm carrom seeds salt water mix all the ingredients and knead soft dough for filling: moong dal :50gm(soaked for 1-2hrs) hing-1/4tsp ghee:10gm turmeric pwdr,red chilli pwdr, jeera pwdr,gram masala pwdr, Amchur pwdr, as per taste method: coarsely grind moongdal(optional) heat ghee in pan add ghee ,hing and all masalas ,fry on low to medium heat add moong dal, half cup water cook on low flame till all water dries up,add amchur powder adjust seasoning .. roll thick roti out of dough add 2tbs of moong dal , close the edges brush lightly with ghee and bake 200° for 20-25 mins
